At least, 4 out of 5 of us are in Victoria, B.C. for a few weeks.
We found the Bear and Berry letterbox on the Galloping Goose
yesterday. A bit prickly -- watch out for stinging nettles as well as
berry bushes! The box was in good shape except for the notebook -- the
pages that had been previously stamped were all coming out. :-( If it
is convenient, whoever placed that box might want to replace the book
with a more durable one.
We left a new hitch-hiker there: Rambling Rose. Please email us
mac47@cornell.edu if you take her somewhere else! I will set up a
web-page to track her progress when I get home to Ithaca. It will be
interesting to see how far she goes.
Looking forward to finding some more Victoria letterboxes and maybe
placing a few while we're here.

Hi Sora,
You are the first person I've heard from who has visited the Bear & Berry
box. I didn't think it was getting any action! Have you been to the other
box site at Oak Bay? I wish I could have placed more boxes in Victoria.
There are so many wonderful places.. My friend and I were only visiting B.C.
so our boxes there are orphans. If you have a chance to revisit the box
could you please add another log book? I would be most grateful. We carry
extra boxes, baggies and books when we go boxing just in case a box needs
maintaining. Hope you are having a good vacation. Regards, Gwen
